• Only unused, unopened, undamaged, and resalable products in their original packaging are eligible for return.

4. Refund (Money-Back Policy)

• Eligible customers will receive a refund after the returned product is inspected and approved.
• Courier charges, shipping charges, payment gateway charges, applicable taxes, and any other transaction-related deductions may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.
• The balance refund will be credited to the original payment method or bank account within 7–15 business days after approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned after the 30-day return period.

6. Cancellation
