Product Return Policy & Terms And Conditions

1. Return Eligibility

The Company accepts returns only for products that are completely unused, unopened, untampered, and in their original sealed condition.

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and accessories intact.
• A valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

2. Non-Eligible Returns

The following products shall not be accepted for return:

• Opened or used products.
• Products with broken or tampered seals.
• Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, negligence, or storage by the customer.
• Products returned after the expiry of the 30-day return period.
• Products without valid proof of purchase.

3. Inspection and Acceptance

All returned products shall be subject to inspection by Herbokind Private Limited. The Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether the returned product satisfies the conditions of this Policy.

4. Refund

Upon approval of the returned product, the Company shall process the refund after deducting:

• Actual courier/shipping charges;
• Applicable taxes, duties, or statutory deductions (where non-refundable under applicable law); and
• Any other lawful deductions, if applicable.

The balance amount shall be refunded to the customer's original payment method or nominated bank account within 7 to 15 business days from the date of approval.

5. No Cash Refund

Refunds shall not be made in cash unless expressly permitted by applicable law or approved by the Company.

6. Company's Right

Herbokind Private Limited reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this Policy or where fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation is reasonably suspected.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability under this Policy shall be limited solely to the refund amount determined in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Herbokind Private Limited.
